Strength By Sara is committed to helping women build real strength, confidence, and a deeper connection with their bodies. Whether you're returning to training after pregnancy, navigating a busy schedule, or simply ready to feel strong again, I'll meet you where you are and help you train with purpose. 

With 8 years of lifting experience and a background in women's strength coaching, I focus on more than just workouts - I help you lift in a way that supports your goals, your hormones, and your life.

Personalized Program

 

I'll design a fully customized strength program based on your goals, experience level, and available equipment. Whether you train at home, the gym, or both, your plan is built just for you.

Progress Training in Trainerize

 

You'll get access to your workouts through the Trainerize app, where you can log your workouts, track progress, watch form demos, and communicate with me directly.

Nutrition Support

While I don't write full meal plans, I'll help you build habits around fueling your body for strength - think protein goals, balanced meals,and snack ideas to support your training.
